We are using IPTV services of Airtel for the last about seven years. Our fixed line number is 47185049 and the place of installation Flat No five Antriksh Apartments Vikas Puri. The package is in the name of Puneet Sharma. We have been making complaint regarding overcharging for the last several months, but there has been no action. Earlier our monthly bill was rupees 1300/ which changed to rupees 1500/ PM and now for the last few months it has changed to rupees 1700/ Per Month without any reason or any additional facility. It is with utter dissatisfaction that I am writing this to you. I, being a regular customer of yours since the last 5-6 years, had put in a request for disconnection of my Triple Combo pack and break it into double combo pack (IPTV separate and Internet and Telephone together) on 1st March (Monday) 2016. I was told that in maximum a week )by 8th March 2016), the work will be completed. Despite numerous follow ups with your customer care )totally useless), it has STILL not been done. We are sitting on it on the 12th Day (12th March) without any solution. Not only has this been an inconvenience to me, but it has also been a mental harassment to follow up for the same (for which none of the customer care executives are able to provide me a solution). I am willing to wait for maximum 24 hrs more (till 13th March 2016) to hope the issues has been resolved, post which I will take this matter to Consumer court.

My remote Control for IPTV connection has gone faulty and I registered a complaint on 121 on 24 October 2013. I was told that the complaint would be attended next day by 1630 hrs positively.
My complaint is still pending as on date even after repeated reminders in 121.
In case the complaint cannot be attended and rectified kindly my IPTV connection may be disconnected after duely informing me of the same.

My complaint number 38571816 dated 14/09/13 for IPTV has not been attended to till now that is 16/09/13. We were given a firm commitment that set top box will be changed first thing in the morning of 16/09/13. After that we were told that instead of two set top boxes, entire set of set top boxes have to be collected, but it will be done by the evening. We accordingly planned our day and now at 5.30 Mr Sandeep very casually replies us that it cannot be done today as he could not arrange for the set top box. As late as four in the evening, it was told that it will be done at any cost by the evening. This is height of irresponsible behavior and absolutely not acceptable at all. We request please change the set top box immediately.
