Sir BSNL cable laying work was done in Vill-Warada, Tah-Parseoni, Dist-Nagpur, about six months ago. The contractor has put the underground cable pipe, but he has not properly filled the nali which he digged for cable laying. Because of which rain water and canal water is coming through that nali and the water is passing through our boundary wall. And the boundary wall is getting weak and there is quite a possibility that the boundary wall will fall. As the boundary wall is just beside the village approach road, there is sure chances of human casulities passing through the road, if the boundary wall collapses. Therefore I request your goodself to take necessary action against the contractor and force him to complete his job properly.

I have lodged complaint of my phone number 2242448 on 21.04.15 ide complaint number 1023352941 at 10. 05 am, since the complaint is not resolved till 23. 04. 15 i have called on customer service no 1500 at 11 AM on 23. 04. 15 and talked to miss Neha she told me that any complaint booked is resolved in 24 to 48 hours and 48 hours means six days which is beyond my understanding how come 48 hours means six days. When i asked her to explain she argued and said as per the working hours of staff it is six days and said if you want to complain anything you can do so to GM nagpur. I could not understand such arrogance on the one side where as at various level the BSNL top authorities are talking about the efficient customer service. If this is it then I realy feel sorry to say that nothing has changed it remains same BSNL of past. Mohan.

Date 28th of October 2014, Dear Sir, Last week I had informed through this site that though I have kept my land-line phone Number 91 712 2530599 under safe custody. I am getting telephone bills on net. Please note that in August 2014, I gave an application that as I am going out of station I want to keep my phone in safe custody. I paid seven months advance and as per the request my phone was temporarily disconnected. I cleared the August 2014 bill of rupees 575 promptly on 12th of September 2014 on net, but when I checked on net in this month, Rs. 366 are shown due for the September 14 bill. even after repeated complaint for landline 0712-2541113. the problem of disconnected phone is not been solved. we are being continously billed from may when the phone is not in working condition. complaint number 1012357762. the complaint is being made continously from 5th of June. please look in to the matter and solve our long existing, unresolved issue.

I am not able to connect to 72.3.235.3, 72.3.235.2 from Nagpur

59.99.238.22 Static IP
59.99.238.1 Default Gateway
trace route (command-tracert 72.3.235.3), five Hop is giving Request Time out.

My Static IP 59.99.238.22 is already added in Firewall manager of these servers
The problem occured on eight th August 2013 (yesterday)
Till seven th August 2013 It was working fine.
Please investigate and suggest to resolve it.
Also not able to send messages through smtpout.asia.secureserver.net.

ping smtpout.asia.secureserver.net giving Request Time out

I Gulabrao from satish ent. reshimbag complainting so many times to sakkardara office to mr yadav and temburne sir that our publice utility phone number 2747360 and 2740685 is not functioning in a proper manner.It is also a bharat gas office people from different areas are coming to book their gas cylinders and complainting about our phone why is not funtioning, they are using rabbies wards which creat very big problems to maintain counter staff. sir I Hope you will consider my complaint and will take necessary action as early as possible (it is bharat gas office no).

Connection Problem for BSNL Broad band connection.
Once connection is done and we satrt working in middle suddendly the connection is disconnected and then it requires lot of time to get connected again.

Sir My son lives in Ireland and my daughter lives in USA for the last 18 years i am the customer of BSNL land line as wellas mobile my land line number is 255464 (Ramtek)and my mibile number is 9422127549(but due to very bad service i have opted now for Airtel)when my son tried to phone up to my land line it is listining that the line is out of service actually it is working i reqest you to please solve the problem or else we will be forsed to discontinue my land line thanking you
