New air condition sensor didn't work since dt of purchase, changed on 3rd day. Then compressed stopped cooling with in ten days of purchase. The technician came home without giving a call or fixing time. Being a working class not possible to b available at their wish. When asked to cum after half an hour as not at home, he answered he is thru with all complaints of the area so cannot wait. He will inform office and without fixing time, he said he will cum in d evening. How un professional behavior? Talked to area officer as well, but of no use. Shifted from LG to Godrej, but no satisfaction. I wanted to buy one moe air condition, but with this experience planning to shift back to LG. Atleast they provide good service.

We bought a three door almirah around 18 April, but during time of installation/delivery one of the door has problem and it was not locking properly. We have asked the dealer to change it, but he didn't do anything. Could you please change or get the door problem fixed. I have attached the receipt scanned copy for reference.

I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator model number GFE36DY 2009 ,342 Liters at a cost of rupees 19,900, from Navrang audio video private limited,Vikas Marg ,Laxmi Nagar on 02.06.2009.The refrigerator started giving trouble as early as end of 2011 till date I have made several complaints and spent more than rupees 6000 till date.My complaints are dated December 2011,June 2012, July 2012,July 2013,Aug 2013(3rd August and 8th aug).
If my complaints are not addressed within today ,I will be compelled to approach consumer Forum for compensation for my harassment since last two years.

lodged complaint 02207333091 registration non- functioning of Godrej refrigerator on 21 July 13 . No one attended till today. Two days without functioning refrigerator in this humid weather. Complaint for replacement of Top Door shelf cover lodged 7-8 months back, but could not get a new one in spite of several phone calls to United Home Service engineers till date. Having one or another problem since the purchase i.e two years back . Won't recommend anyone to purchase Godrej products. Poor functioning and poor service in today's competitive world.

I have lodged a complaint for non working of compressor on 21.7.13, I was told that the systems is not working and hence manual complaint has been registered. Today when I inquired at 11 AM the person told me that fresh complaint is being regd and engineer shall call you in four hrs. No one attended to the call. I again inquired at four PM and requested for complaint number the lady sent me the No 02207333091 at 4.49 PM that Aditya Kr shall be attending to the call today. , but no one visited and my refrigerator is out of order. I am sorry to say that two days is a long period for complaint.
