Vijayalakshmiour gas agency is Sreenidhi gas agency, triplicane, we booked gas on April 9th and given all the necessary documents they asked (no subsidy), but so far we are not received the gas. The gas agencies is always asking you are given documents or not and telling we send tomorrow this reply is coming for the past seven days. So take necessary steps at your earliest and oblige. I had booked a refill around 19th Jan 2015. On 22 January I received an SMS from you saying that my booking (504805)would be delivered shortly via cash memo number 153759 dt 22. 01. 2015. It is now 06 February and the refill is yet to be delivered. Existing cylinder will be empty any time now. I have tried calling the concerned agency (Elji Gas Services) more than 20 times, but the number is constantly engaged. Today I went to their premises in Pushpa Nagar, Mahalingapuram,, but was told that the company has shifted to Choolaimedu and nobody knows the address. I then called your customer care number 9092223456, but I am getting an automated message saying my booking is in the system and refill will be delivered shortly. I am at a loss as to how to proceed further. Kindly look into this immediately and ensure that the refill is delivered without further delay. My consumer number is 603228.

Kindly find the above agency name whom I have account with . For last three months I am facing issue in delivery . They take atleast 30 to 40 days from booking to give the delivery, when ever we call they give reply saying today evening, tomorrow by eight am, stocks are not there, labour did not turn up for duty, festival holidays in between .Once I have got quater empty cylinders delivered . I have few of my colleagues at work place aswell in my apartment have same kind of feedbacks . Sir, I booked book gas cylinder (Genda, Bahadrabad, Haridwar) on March 13, 2013, but still I didn't get cylinder. Those who booked gas cylinder in my locality after March 13, 2013 have already got the cylinders by now. Even in the past same thing has happened many times because at the time of connection the gas dealer was asking me to buy a few articles which I denied to buy without receipts. Please do the needful.
