I tried, but could not contact customer care officer. Yesterday I went to your Kadma branch and submitted an application for closure of my SB account number 015801518347 maintained at Malad west, Mumbai branch and credit balance to my joint account with my husband, Mr S R P Raman number 001801067030. By evening got SMS that my account was credited with rupees. 16, 600 though account balance was over rupees 20000. I fail to understand why so much charges were levied when I already have joint account SB and RD account of Rs. 10000 pm. Please look into the matter and credit the amount to our joint account forthwith else will approach higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman. Thanks.
