I have a Lenovo ThinPad Yoga Ultrabook purchased from the USA. It seems to have been infected with a virus which diverts my search to other sites. I tghink it is the Peletle.com virus which hijacks the browser. All attempts to clean it has failed. Please advise on my next step. I live in GandhiNagar.

I purchased Lenovo ideapad 100 from the sales India at 29 july 2016. My serial number is mp1264ce. And it is purchased in behalf name of Bhoomi Joshi . My promlem is, there is improper date of purchase is shown in my warranty status. And after a many time of practise I could not upgrade my warranty. And respected sir false date of purchase which is shown on warranty status is 31 March 2016. But sir it is purchased at date of 29 August 2016. Because of it I could not upgrade my warranty of my laptop. So I request to you sir please take a very proper and fast step in behalf of my laptop. I hope you will give me answer in very short period of time

Sometimes mic does not work properly, back key repeatedly touch, speaker problem etc. I had also given for service at Lenovo service centre at Vision Care (BapuNagar centre, Ahmadabad, Gujarat) for two times, but still the problem continues. It takes two to three week to repair and then also the problem remains as the same. I want reason for above said problems. Today, (24. 12. 2014) again I had given for the service and again they said it will have to keep under observation and it will two to three weeks.
