I had booked a Toyota RAV from Miami airport for pick up on 09/22/2018, booking no 20897942(Alamo confirmation 1301985777), however the manager at Alamo Miami airport mr. Stefano refused to give me the car saying that HE DID NOT FEEL THAT MY DRIVING LICENSE IS LEGITIMATE, although it was clearly in English and with my photograph, and the best part is that Alamo HAD GIVEN ME A CAR six MONTHS AGO ON SAME D/L IN LAS VEGAS six MONTHS AGO(BOOKING NO 77772535 VIA CAR RENTAL 8). I requested the team and showed them the previous details however it fell on deaf ears, And another company (ROYAL) gave me the vehicle on the same license instantaneously (costing me another 120 US$). It caused great distress to me and my ailing wife and delayed our plans for travel, kindly look into this matter.

On April 3/18, I had a reservation for a compact car at the Tampa International Airport. When I arrived, I was told that a Ford Fiesta was all that I could have, which I believe is in the economy class. When I asked if there wasn't a Toyota Corolla or equivalent compact car available, I was told there would be an additional charge of $10. 99/day. I was wanting to be on my way in a car that I was comfortable driving (equivalent to my own car), so I took the upgrade?which is what I had booked in the first place. I just wanted to make you aware that the more I thought about it, the more I felt as though I had been scammed. The pick-up and return of the vehicle were managed efficiently with very friendly staff, but this extra charge is my concern. Thank You, Valerie Murray .
