I am really not happy about my blackberry ID password that do not want my log in. I have change it, but still nothing happens. I put it in for more thirty times and an error notification pop say i must use that service after 15 minutes and it frustrated me. i would like some assistance with my BB9320 i have a memory card in my phone some days it shows all videos and pics and other days the phone does not read the memory card. I bought the new Blackberry 9720 thinking it would be a good phone as I had the old 9720 which worked brilliantly. Hi I have been a loyal blackberry supporter from 2011, I have had 10 Blackberries thus far and the sad thing is that they all got lost and some I got mugged. Have a bb on contract with mtn. The phone got damaged irrepairable and was fixed under warranty, refurbished, (got someone elses scrap phone that does'nt work) when the battery ran flat we couldn't charge it. I am a Blackberry fan, but what i get doesn't motivate me to carry on with Blackberry, but if it is a solution for that please help, because originally i would like to carry on using blackberry.

I know there is a more recent upgrade for Whatsapp than 2.11.1938 as my friend has it on her blackberry 8520, but i have not received any upgrade for a long time and I also have a blackberry 8520. When will I get it?

This morning my phone requested my ID user name and password, so that i could continue using my blackberry messenger. i had forgotten password so i reset it. The problem, i am having is when i put in the password and then press OK, the phone is now asking for the User name of the smartphone. Please can you assist with this? This is a brilliant phone and i do not want to have change it. I am using a blackberry torch 9800. Thanks.

I am very disappointed in the way my matter was not handled. I tried calling, but my calls were being rejected all the time and i do not understand, why? I have a problem with my phone deleting all my messages and the fact that there was no one to assist me is very disappointing. I bought your product, so the least you can do is to hear, what my problem is. The way you handle matter is really unprofessional. I am a very disappointed customer.
