To whom it may concern,
I have sent a previous email of complaint reguarding my childs safety on your taggie blankets. I bought a taggie blanket for my baby who after two days nearly chocked on a label as one of the tags was hanging off. These are meant to be child safety blankets and could of turned out very different if i did not notice. I would like to hear a reply to how this can be rectified as she cannot use her new blanket

I bought a Bright Starts taggie comforter for my baby she has been using it just two days and one of the tags is hanging off. I am concerned that this sbould not be happening after two days of use and if i did not notice this my baby would of chocked and things could have turned out differently. I would like to see how you can correct this as these are meant to be child safe as on this instance it isnt and my baby cannot use her new comforter. Would like to hear a reply

I hope you can help me. Someone brought my Grandaughter a Bright Starts 3-in-1 Step and Ride Lion recently, but when trying to assemble there was no screws to put the toy together. Is it possible you could send some out please. This would be much appreciated. Thank you Mrs Joanne Jones .

I have got the nemo jumperoo from smyths toys I put my son in it today and he as pulled the turtle and it as snapped I can’t take it back as I don’t have repcit any moor as it was a Christmas present I payed with cash so I don’t have profe of perches, but a six month only should not be Able to brake a tot made for a baby.
