I had a truck reserved North Huntingdon PA for pick up June 22, I received a call the night before that North Huntingdon did not have a truck, that I could get one at Latrobe. I agreed to that change only to get a call the next day I needed the truck to say they did not have one there. I ended up with no truck. However I did receive a $50 charge to my credit card. My confirmation number was 1808328950651. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 60 years. I certainly hope this is not a common practice of your company. I did not get my stuff moved that weekend and will have to do another trip because of the horrible customer service. Not appreciated.

Yes I have a reservation for rental car in Romulus Michigan. Reservation number is 43799901us5. My confirmation is to pick up car at 10am. However my flights got cancelled and rearranged and I now have a earlier flight. I want to possibly pick it up at 7:30 -8:00 am and when I modify pickup time only you want to charge me another 74. 00 for a two hr difference. SERIOUSLY, this is ridiculous. I can not believe I can not modify the pickup time due to airline modifications this is not good customer service.

I am putting in this complaint for my friends Lonnie and Linda Johnson. We rented a 16'parcel van on November 3rd in Redding Ca. We drove it to Portland Or. Nobody checked it with us the van was dirty and the brakes did not work well when my driver had to put the brakes on it pulled the steering wheel right out of his hand. One side was working and one side was not. We had a very dangerous trip. When we talked to customer service he told me he would only give us a $50. 00 refund. I had to put $66. 00 dollars of gas in. Lonnie and Linda had to pay $818. 63 rental on the broken van. They should get a full refund plus gas. The Veh. No is 115669. We are very concerned about the van because if someone else that can not drive well is going to get hurt or worse. Nobody seems to care about this problem and we hope that you do and make sure that van gets fixed. Sincerely
