Mr. L. David Maxwell CallsSep 26, 2017

Evertime I call a Chrysler customer service number I press the menu buttons and after the third transfer it dials a number and hangs up four times now I guess I am the idiot

I took my Chrysler to the nearest dealer (towed) last Friday. The service writer explained that they were short two employees. Monday they looked at it for a while and then returned it to the place that the tow truck left it. I checked with the service writer - they were too busy to diagnose the problem. I checked Tuesday and the service writer told me they were trying to work it in between jobs. Don't I get a full sized appointment too? They do not fix them in the order they receive them? I tried calling the dealership manager, but he was not in. I tried calling the Toyota dealer where I bought the car, their manager did not answer the page. I am going to try the salesman I bought it from next. 2008 Chrysler Sebring Limited. Carl Hogan Toyota and Chrysler in Columbus, MS.

Just off the with customer service after 40 minutes and got absolutely NO WHERE I have paid to have a problem diagnosed once and now they want more money to look into it again Chrysler will not help me. I BOUGHT A LEMON I had this vehicle for only 16-18 months when I started having problems, with a power outlet surging and having to replace that to replacing a wheel bearing and a blinker that keeps "beeping" when nothing is there. And now the blind spot detection is intermittently working. Oh, and the paint on the front hood is bubbling What kind of customer service are you running? This is the third van I have purchased and it will be my last.

Today, our customer service rep finally called after avoiding our calls for ten days. She called to tell my husband that he dropped our van off at the dealership. WOW That was really helpful I do not think he could've figured that out on his own. Way to go Luann.

Chrysler does not stand behind their products. I was basically told by customer service that having a faulty engine within 18 months of purchase is not a problem. I do not agree. Also, being without a vehicle for 3-6 weeks for the service to take place should not be a problem either. What a joke Good luck keeping a job with no transportation back and forth to work.

After ten days with no call back from Chrysler, I finally had to refuse to accept a call back in order for someone to speak to me. Unfortunately, I was just repeatedly told to read my manual/purchase agreement over and over again. NO HELP what so ever. I do not understand the purpose of having a customer service dept. When it is only a frustrating and unhelpful waste of time. Please get rid of it already. Use the money you save in salaries to fund more service centers. I however will never, ever purchase another Chrysler product as long as I live. I have purchased nine, but this horrific experience has soured me for good.

Case 27988118 Its been over a week, still no vehicle to drive. Haven't heard anything from our case manager in four days now. If I waited four days to return calls at my job, I'd get fired. As of today, my new vehicle has not been drivable for TWO MONTHS Yes, eight weeks total. Great job with quality and dependability.

I just had a six week service issue regarding the engine in my 2014 dodge van and now I am faced with another. I am on a two week waiting list for a service appointment. Both dealers in my area are overwhelmed with service to repairs in Chrysler/Dodge engines. I can not drive my vehicle because of the problem and can not get a rental car with my warranty because the vehicle is not "in the shop". I HAVE NO CAR to go to work in Oh yeah, I bought a brand new vehicle with a faulty engine I can not go without a vehicle for six weeks again. Totally unacceptable. Please stand behind your products and take care of your customer.

I recently had my car in dealership because i heard brakes squeaking and a strange crunching noise in steering. One dealership (Caltin, in jenkintown, pa) stated they didn't heard or feel any of the symptoms i was describing. Took to Cherry hill dealership and withing ten minutes stated I need rack and pinion and brakes resurfaced and rotors cut. This diagnosis comes one week after getting clean bill of health for car from Catlin dealership (they did a 32 point check of car) IN WHICH VEHICLE RECEIVED ALL GREEN AND OK CHECK MARKS. Last year I had brakes and rotors place all around. My question to Chrysler owners and corporate is If your representative are stating that a vehicle with your BRAND name on it is in need of rack and pinion equipment and brakes and rotors, how do you consciously state its roadworthy to put lives in this situation. Representative stated they ordered part will not be in for six days and its OK to drive. WTF THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

My 2007 Chrysler jumped the timing chain. Current mileage is 49, 000. Your Manual suggests timing belt and water pump be replaces at 100, 000 miles. I have been unemployed for six months and have exhausted all savings. I recently started working for $11 an hour and that leaves nothing for car repairs. I need this vehicle to get back and forth to work. I considered buying an extended warranty, but the years would have expired by now. I put less than 6, 000 miles a year on this car and have maintained it exactly as the manual suggested. I have been very loyal to this brand. I have had only a few minor problems, the radiator and fan motor have gone this year. I understand things happen with a seven year old car,, but had I known to change the timing belt before it broke I would not be facing a $1, 500 car repair. I feel that I should be given some help, at least with parts. I do not have any rust on this car and planned to drive it for many years. I hate to feel I should have traded it in.

Mr. Don Goodrich CallsJul 02, 2014

Mr. Don Goodrich On Phone To Chrysler Service
I want to talk to tech rep about the rear shocks on my new 2014 chrysler town and country limited van with load leveling shocks. The ride is next to unsafe when the rear wheels dribble especially in a left turn. The wheels keep bouncing and then the whole body jerks when they regain traction. It's like there is no dampening by the shocks. I had a 2015 t&c for nine years with no problems, but this is unacceptable. My dealer checked it out, but said they cannot do anything because they aren't leaking and sent me away with no plan for remedy. I read on line of many others that had the same problem. How can i get a new pair of shocks to prove there is a problem or not? i was not offered any fix.
