My address in my account shows my correct and COMPLETE address. That is not what is shown in the USPS shipping information. Therefore, my package was not delivered to me as expected today. I have been on hold for at least 15 minutes now with USPS. No results yet. The amount for the Order has been deducted from my checking account.
I am very disappointed with Columbia Sportswear. I received an email advertising $100 off if I spent $200. 00. I was excited about the great deal and on October 13, 2018 went to the store and purchase two pairs of shoes. Paid $69. 90 per pair- Original price $119. 90 )WITH THE SO CALLED GREAT DISCOUNT). However, On October 16, 2018 I had to go back to the store to exchange one of the pairs and noticed that now the shoes were reduced to $59. 90. I immediately asked for my $10 dollars refund, but was told I couldn't get the refund. I think that is wrong. two days later the price is reduced and I can not get my shoes for that price.
My husband and I purchased a Columbia Sportswear winter coat for our son last fall (2012). About half way through the season the zipper broke. We contacted Columbia and they said that it sounded like this was a covered defect. We were instructed to send the coat to their warranty center for inspection just to make sure. We did this. We contacted them and were told that it had been inspected and the defect was covered under their warranty. Their warranty states: "If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole that the Outerwear has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace it within approximately two weeks. If the defective Outerwear is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a garment of comparable style and color at our discretion". We were then told that they could not replace the coat at that time because they did not have any comparable coats in our son's size in stock. We were told to call back in June/July when
