This has been nothing, but one big hassle after the next. First you order believing it will be a free trial, but it didn't come to me until after the day that the free trial ended. So I was charged for the product, I did not open up the box and sent it right back. The confusion on the phone always seemed to be to the benefit of the company. Constant explaining my situation without comprehension on the other line. Then nobody removed the charges on my credit card when it was returned.

I have tried numerous times to contact your company for the Dermajuvenate and the rejuveneye products. I have been cut off due to "poor reception" several times and got through once. I did receive information on insurance for the products not received, but had to wait 30 days before reporting non-receipt of products. As I have, indeed, not received products--I request information on how to proceed with the insurance claim. Please provide as soon as possible. I receive your free trial on 4th of September 2014, and then on getting my bill i was very surprised to see the amount of $100. 84 on 22nd of September.
I do not agree with that. The free trial was paid and it did not say that i would be charged after for the total amount.
