I ordered two items that were listed on the market place by two different companies. Both did not send the items listed. The names are logmodels(sells@logmodels.com) and the other was msno (dq11d1a1a1w@gmail.com) Nether send the item depicted and descripted in the add. One send me a cheap plastic thing that is not even a vacuum. Said they wanted me to send it back. Cost would be more than the item cost. Than offered $15 dollar towards another item in their store that doesn't exist. The other item was a child swing set for $128 and they sent me a one dollar plastic brush. I have emailed them, but never got a response. I'm fighting with my credit card company who wants me to send items back. Well the cost would be far more than those items are worth. Starting at $44. Why doesn't facebook check out companies that advertise on the market place? I see the same adds with different names still advertising. What do I do ?.

It was called an Extrol Stowaway scooter. The money was taken out of my account and forwarded to London. The address for Cyber Monday Saver happens to be: Office 32 19-21 Crawford St., London, United Kingdom W1H 1PJ., it could be a false address because the email of team@cybermondaysaver.com, seems to be. There is also a parent company address of:Clicksco Digital Ltd., Jersey Co. 114200, Office 15 Esplanade St., Helier, Jersey JE1 1RB. I have not received the item and since heard it is a scam. Can you check into the legitimacy of this company? What can I do to retrieve my money if this is a scam?.
