je vous ai envoye un mail reste sans reponse (?). Mes essais de rentrer dans le site, Flying Blue ont echoues bien que les coordonnees transmis aient ete reels. Le service customer de flying blue m'a transmis un password temporaire qui ne m'a pas permis l'entree dans le site. A la question de ';ou est nee votre mere, j'avais repondu "au Maroc, a Rabat" reponse reelle qui fut recuse. Mes coordonnees :

The reason for contacting flying blue in the first place, I was not able to post in the first complaint because of your text limitation

I took a business flight from Paris to Cincinnati USA 4/12/2017, your app did not allow a boarding pass, provided a blue screen only

Your web page would not recognise the flight details below and update my points and requested me contact your helpline reason for my first complaint as flying blue seem contactable in English by phone

1. Your telephone contact option 0158686868 only provides operators who seem not prepared to understand a non french person speaking French. 2. The same telephone number does not provide an option in English as advertised. The For someone seeking French nationality and has passed my French language test I am message defaults straight to French hence why I had the courtesy to attempt to explain my question in French. Both disappointed and frustrated at the level of poor customer service. Flying blue is now only for high level French speakers. ?
