Ms. Terri goldring On Phone To Food Network Magazine New York Service
Wen i called to renew my subscription i had to bring it to the customer service reps attention that i saw a better offer advertised in my magazine. I have been a dedecated reader and subscriber since the conception of the magazine. I was takin aback when i had to bring it to her attention. Why arent your loyal subscribers give a better renewel price? Why did i have to search on my own? It made me feel like you were trying to rip me off. Is that how you treat loyal readers and subscribers. I also felt your customer service reps could have been nicer. They were a tad abrupt.
