We have a single wall AVSIKT cabinet where the glass door has sheared off the metal opening fixtures of the door, on the left hand side of the glass door as one is facing the cabinet. It is 15 inches wide by 39 inches high. Can I buy one replacement glass door, edged in metal, with the hinges that open out to the left? If yes, please tell me how to do that. Thanks. Julie Light .

We have just put together a Gallant two drawer filing cabinet. We tried to set up the lock code, but now the cabinet is locked and we can not open it the pass code we set is not working. Is there a way to re-set?.

I requested a catalog online more than four months ago. I still have not received the print catalog I requested. I should not have to redo this again I was looking to order one of your sofa beds. If I cannot get a catalog, this makes me leery about ordering something. I would appreciate a response.

Just got home from IKEA. Double checking my receipt since I felt the total was more than I expected. I was billed for an item that I did not receive. While shopping in the store I asked where two items were. I showed the clerk pictures from the catalog. She printed pages out for the items and told me I could pick them up downstairs. Found one of them, but the other sheet did not give me a location, it just stated Order at the top. Both these pages were in the new catalog I picked up and put with my other purchases. I told the clerk at checkout I could not find the one item in the store so I bought a different item. Now I assume at checkout that the clerk took the paper out of the catalog then placed a order even after I told her I found something else. I did't even know you could do this. I was given two Ilea lamps and I've found that the LED bulbs are buzzing. Does this mean that they are going out or is there problem with the dimmer switch?.

Hello,
I placed Order No 301897471 consisting of HACKAS handles and knobs for my mother. The wrong merchandise was delivered. My husband returned the merchandise to the College Park, MD and the service representative said we had to contact customer service on the phone for a refund. I have been on hold for more than one hour today 8/8/18 and yesterday I was on hold at work for a long time, but was forced to hang up. I am still on hold and it has been one hour and 40 minutes which is terrible customer service and I want a refund. I will never use IKEA ecommerce again. I attached a copy of the order and pictures of what was delivered and the return at IKEA College Park, MD. Thank you.

I canceled an online order to buy some bookcases and placed a new order to buy the book cases in a more expensive version, but I was never refunded the money, as promised, for the canceled order. The first order 296969450, $526. 25, was charged to my credit card on July two, 2018 and I was promised a refund in about ten days, has not arrived yet. The replacement order 297228569, $908. 75 was charged on July four, 2018.

Order 952971991 husband vunwell 1week before delivery I call IKEA 3days in a row to delay delivery. 3X wait was 45 mins. 4th day, a rude man said I'd left it 48 hrs so nothing he could do. I asked him to rearrange our fitting date I prepaid £180, he was unable to do this When I called the assembly company they knew nothing about my fitting Your CSREP put me on hold An hour and a half on hold and then I was cut offI'm out of pocket by £180.

Problem with assembly of drawer units for BRIMNES bed unit, the drawer side panels do not have a slide cutout for the bottom panel to fit. It is impossible to fit the side panels and fit the bottom panel.
