Mr. John Grasso On Phone To Jaguar UK Service
Hello
I have owned Jaguars for 30 years new and used cars. I purchased a new 20d Jaguar September 2015. This vehicle has a very pronounced whining sound while cruising. I find this vehicle very unpleasant to drive. It has been at the jaguar dealership, but with no solution. The acknowledge it has a fault, but with no answer. My only solution is to sell this car and finish with Jaguars. Could you please help me with this problem. Kind Regards

Mr. Marsh Pratley On Phone To Jaguar UK Service
I have a 2009 xkr five litre supercharged convertible which has a full JSH, Last Wednesday night I was driving through Abingdon town centre when the car suffered a major brake failure. There was no prior warning on the control panel to indicate there was a fault. The failure was instant and it was through luck that I managed to avoid having a collision with anything or anyone. The car was taken into Ridgeway Jaguar at Cumnor Hill where it was discovered that the rear brake hose had failed. The mechanic is at a loss as to why and what caused it. He has held onto the brake hose and did say that he would raise the issue and make a report back to Jaguar. Obviously I am extremely concerned that if it happened to one brake hose then it could happen to any of the others. My confidence in the fundamental part of the car ie the brakes has been shattered and I am seriously looking at replacing the car with a different make.
