I go there every day, but not any more. I'll add $1. 49 more and get the senior buffet at Ponderosa, all you can eat.

A per son named Jalill D. Took care of me
First It took him three times to run my card so I called for the manager
While the manager was coming from the back Jalill was yelling that he was the manager and "What would I like to do about it"
Then I talked to the manager and she took care of the card charge
Them while I was waiting for the pizza to be ready I heard Jalill say three times "we have to get this chump out of here"
At that time I called the manager again. When I told her what happened Jalill ran up to the counter and threatened me saying "what do you want to do about it"
The manager said all she could do is write him up
The manager gave me a refund and I left
I hope Little Caesars doesn't condone this kind of treatment of their customers

Yes we went to Little Caesars to get a couple of pizzas, they said they weren’t taking orders they were to busy. Well that’s cool. We will never be back. Pizza Hut was happy to take our order.

The pizza picked up at 2802 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, Tx on Sunday evening, 4/24/16 was inedible The cheese was past done to the point of being discolored and burned. Hot and ready was hardly descriptive except that it may have been ready six or more hours earlier and before it was reheated and reheated or under the lamp forever. The crust was hard and dried out. Our children could not eat it. Once before I had a really bad pizza at this location and never went back; unfortunately, my husband decided to give it another try. Never again.
