I mailed a Nikon one by 50 binoculars back to you for repair with double vision on 12/31/2018 with no contact since Cabela in Kansas City mailed it to you with no contact since then,
I would like you to send me a check for the $100 cost of the Binoculars in addition to $20 for the cost of mailing to you twice not fixed, and you do not care about customers nor warranty. I will tell Cabela and try to get them to take your products off the shelf nationwide and buy replace with $250 Vortex.
Recently I purchased a Nikon D810. I have been using only Nikon cameras since 1969. My complaint is that Nikon build quality may be declining from their original high standard. The battery door on the bottom of my D810 protrudes well below the base of the camera thus compromising the environmental seal; I have never encountered this problem on any Nikon camera previously owned. My question how can I have this rectified? How can I contact the Nikon manufacturing office in Japan directly?
