Can carp be baited by using rod and reel to cast "bait bomb" which releases bait when it hits the water then retrieved by fisherman?

Thank You,

Ms. Candi Cornwell On Phone To North Carolina Game Warden Service
A bird (I do not know what species) has built her nest right below the windshield of my car. The nest has eggs in it. Unbeknownst to me, she was in the nest this morning when we made a trip to the drs. Office 25 miles away and stopped four more times to do errands. When we got home, she came out. I am going out of town for a few days next week and do not want to separate her from her eggs. Is it safe to relocate her nest at this point and how do I do it? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

A hunting reserve on Faulkner Road, Person County, NC is located on a state gravel road. Hunters are parking on the road and congregating on the road. They are impeding traffic and their hunting dogs are loose and in the road. The mail carrier has been threatened by hunters and hunters have used their vehicles to block passage.

I am 74 years old and have hunted deer in Florida and North Carolina. I had a NC hunting license in 1973 and 1974. Recently I obtained a Lifetime hunting and fishing license. People have mentioned that I have to take a education course. My license was issued without the course. Am I legal?.
