Dear Sir Madam please be informed that my OSN having a technical problem since 7th of March 2020 and it showed to the screened TV that YOUR SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING OSN SERVICE TO RECEIVE SIGNAL and YOUR SMARTCARD NUMBER IS 0011119880 however we coordinated with the TFC SKYFREIGHT base in Qatar wherein we are paying the OSN by hand and they required three months subscriptions we paid last March 02 2020 OSN number 41890252 and payslip number 313981. TFC ADVISED US to bring the box to their office, but they can not fix it and suggest TO CONTACT +974 4447717 as they can not fix my OSN. The OSN staff are transferring my call for almost ten times to customer service, but they failed to answer WE PAID 351QRS for three months by hand and in Cash and this issue is not our fault help us to refund the three months subcriptions. we have 06 OSN Receivers which were charged till 15 Dec 19 for six months with pehla subscription. Now the subscription has been discontinued from 15 Jul 19. We would like you to refund five months for six settop boxes. Details of boxes are given in file attached.

NDTV Channel is not working properly since one week in Riyadh KSA. Your monitoring and maintainance is really zero as no one has cared to repair it. OSN is one of the costliest tele service with zero value for customers. Basically exploiting the unfair business practices in this part of the world as. Owns most of the trading and there is no healthy competition. Hope this complaint wakes up OSN and you shall respond.

Am Antonie Allam, I’m Dubai UAE I went to OSN branch in IBN Batuta mall, I was apply and filled up the contract for OSN connection for the package of 105AED in my location, but they failed to connect. More than a month they didn’t refund my payment which I paid same day without connection. I was trying to call the customer service and they keep promise me to send via email the transaction number, but until now I didn’t received it, Here my email Antonyallam@yahoo.com.

Good morning. My telephone number is +966561242359. On 17th June I suspended my OSN service for two months, from the 20th June till the 19th August 2018. Confirmation of this action was sent via email. However, on the 21st June, I was still charged SAR 229. 84 through my South African Bank account. Moreover, the notice stated my next bill would be on 21st July. Please refund the amount of Sar 229. 84 and suspend my account until the 19th August as requested on the 17th June 2018. Many thanks. I just want to file a complain for my OSN account, I called your OSN customer service center last MAY 2018 to informed them that I will not continue my subscription for the next month of June 2018. LAST 22 June 2018 I do not have anymore OSN connection, however I was shocked when your billing and payment section called me YESTERDAY AND TODAY for the payment. I think one of the departments is not doing their task and job properly. Please resolved the issue as soon as possible today. I called the direct line for Bahrain customer service, but one answering the phone. Looking forward to resolve this issue. Kindly check your record and system. Thank you.

YOur agent Mohammed is not cancelling my accounts. He offers me so many things even how I explain to him not required to my new situation. Your agent understood and repeated the correct time period, as above:2 months. This is my last month on my contract and I already paid the last payment as well, I have requested for cancellation since Saturday 23rd June, but the customer service keeps saying the same thing that I will contacted by this VIP team in two days, but until now nobody contacted me. This is really frustrating as I am leaving the country end of the month for some urgent matters and I am not sure whether I will be back in UAE or not. So, I want to make sure not to leave everything behind, I am really disappointed I felt like you guys are prolonging the process I am so disappointed with the service, I do not think I should recommend OSN with my friends anymore honestly, I hope you can do something about this and be more professional.

There is something wrong with my OSN decoder. It always shuts down by itself for few weeks now. I've tried turning it off, tightening the cables, etc. But none of it seems to work. I am not able to watch any of the shows as it will appear only for less than five minutes then it will restart and then it will show then shut off again. Does this means that i need to change my decoder or my smartcard? I appreciate your prompt action. Thank you.
