Dear Sir Madam please be informed that my OSN having a technical problem since 7th of March 2020 and it showed to the screened TV that YOUR SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING OSN SERVICE TO RECEIVE SIGNAL and YOUR SMARTCARD NUMBER IS 0011119880 however we coordinated with the TFC SKYFREIGHT base in Qatar wherein we are paying the OSN by hand and they required three months subscriptions we paid last March 02 2020 OSN number 41890252 and payslip number 313981. TFC ADVISED US to bring the box to their office, but they can not fix it and suggest TO CONTACT +974 4447717 as they can not fix my OSN. The OSN staff are transferring my call for almost ten times to customer service, but they failed to answer WE PAID 351QRS for three months by hand and in Cash and this issue is not our fault help us to refund the three months subcriptions. NDTV Channel is not working properly since one week in Riyadh KSA. Your monitoring and maintainance is really zero as no one has cared to repair it. OSN is one of the costliest tele service with zero value for customers. Basically exploiting the unfair business practices in this part of the world as. Owns most of the trading and there is no healthy competition. Hope this complaint wakes up OSN and you shall respond.

Am Antonie Allam, I’m Dubai UAE I went to OSN branch in IBN Batuta mall, I was apply and filled up the contract for OSN connection for the package of 105AED in my location, but they failed to connect. More than a month they didn’t refund my payment which I paid same day without connection. LAST 22 June 2018 I do not have anymore OSN connection, however I was shocked when your billing and payment section called me YESTERDAY AND TODAY for the payment. I think one of the departments is not doing their task and job properly. Please resolved the issue as soon as possible today. There is something wrong with my OSN decoder. It always shuts down by itself for few weeks now. I've tried turning it off, tightening the cables, etc. But none of it seems to work. I am not able to watch any of the shows as it will appear only for less than five minutes then it will restart and then it will show then shut off again.
