2day 6th of January My aunty bought a front seat ticketfor pg to ktm Plusliner bus. D driver ask her to sit at d back of d bus. Cos he wants to sit d wife and daughteer on my aunties sit. We asked y mus give when we legally bought d tickets. N asked if d wife and kid has tickets or not. He shouted " org tua bodoh and ask d ticketeer nx time do not sell to ticket to my auntie. My auntie sat on her designated seat and got verbal abuse fm driver and wife. I want an apology fm dis moron driver, before i viral this event. Your driver mus b cheating d company wth side selling tickets all dis while. Dats y ask ppl who have legal tickets to sit else where. Don't let me wait too long for your reply.

IM Rahginie I TOOK BUS FROM Terminal SHAH ALAM to ipoh 7:45pm(16th December) and d bus was one hour plus delay bus arrived at 10:10. From there its already late d bus went to klang sentral and petrol station 15mins plus and wats so awkward now is i am still otw to ipoh. I book ticket on evening to attend funeal and now its already late and i cabt accept this. Poor service actually and i need refund my money back.

Passengers taking the Plusliner on 31. 8. 17 from KL to Penang were stranded at RTC Perak for four hours (from 9. 00 pm until 1. 40 am)waiting for foreman to come and repair the bus which breaks down. Why is there no alternative bus to take the passengers? Why Plusliner did not ensure the bus is properly maintained and in road worthy condition? By the time we reached Penang, it was 3. 45 am. Can understand the delay due to traffic jam, but the delay caused by waiting for the foreman should not have happened.

Hi, I gave a parcel to plusliner bus driver today 23.07.2018 in terminal one around 1.30pm.I pass to him that parcel and ask him to gave to my husband who will wait at larkin, Johor Bharu. The driver gave his fon num and his name is Rahman. After get his num when I try to call the line was busy. All the customer service num is useless. I just can't contact any of the num.

Its really dissapointed me when my daughter have to travel all the way from Penang to KL (today eight Sept 2016 - PEN-KL 2. 45pm) when the bus's aircond is spoilt. Just do not get it. Why did you allow your driver to drive the bus when he already knows that the aircond was spoilt? Your staff should have change it with a new bus rather than keeping all the passengers suffered. Unless it is just only for a short distance travel.

Good day. I want to make a complaint about the driver who drove the bus from TBS to Kulim on 9th April 2016 (Saturday) which was scheduled on 9. 45am. In my opinion, he drove the bus recklessly and he was a bit rude to the customers. I have been using Plusliner for quite some time because of its good service and friendly customer service. However, this was the first time I encountered such driver. I hope in the future, that particular driver will improve to provide a better service. Thank you.

I just took the Plusliner from Old KTM Station, KL at 4pm to Sungai Nibong, Penang. I am a regular traveller using Plusliner and I am most disappointed as the air conditioning was not working We had a full bus load of passengers all drenched in sweat. Luckily no one fainted. Please do not allow such buses on the road. Bus registration number is WTJ9125. We should be compensated for having to endure the most uncomfortable ride ever. I just ask twice to confirm the transport need to exchange or not, but she show not respect at all and yell in front of me rudely. Very poor service and bad attitude. I will not recommend my friends to take this bus anymore.

I'm Hairul . I was the regular custemer with Plusliner about two years because my wife and my daughter live in seremban and i work at johor bahru. Every month i go back to seremban from johor twice a month. I so regret so much because at four December 2015 at 3. 30 pm my trip from seremban to johor bahru. The bus plat number is WRW 2698. The driver shout and hit the bus dashboard very hard. He angry because passenger give him the ticket in the bus. But he was not tell the customer before this. I stand in front of him while he angry shout loudly and hit the bus dashboard hardly. I promise i will not chose the Plus liner again because the driver. Name : Maggie0162399860Yesterday (September 27), our scheduled trip is 6:30pm from Lumut to KL Sentral. A3939868 and A3939867 TRIP ID : PL123XMHWE were at the bus station at 6:15 pm, and the bus still has not arrived yet. So I quickly just went to the bathroom to pee. I got back at the terminal at 6:25pm and I still see no bus until 6:30pm so I prompted to ask the passerby and I was informed that the bus already left. How could the driver left so early than his scheduled time? I had to hire a taxi to chase the driver and when the taxi driver even managed to contact or call the driver, he refused to wait for us or slow down for us and insisted that he was at the terminal until 6:40pm which was a lie. He was very rude, so we had no options, but to ask the driver to chase him where he was and we drove so fast. Luckily we managed to catch him, but I had to pay so expensive on the taxi driver as the bus driver was already quite far distance since he refused to wait for us.
