I attended the 4:30 show on December 9th at 4:30. My cell phone fell out of my pocket while seated at my seat and it fell into a hole in the floor under my seat. I was very upset and could not enjoy the show. I was able to get my phone back 20 minutes before the show ended. The seats cost $240. 00 each and I was not able to enjoy the show. I'm not sure why the hole in the floor was not covered allowing my phone to fall into the hole rather than onto the floor. My friend and I come every year as a tradition since I was diagnosed with cancer ten years ago. It really was a worry since there were priceless pictures and personal information on my phone. I spent a lot of money to see your fantastic show however was inconvenienced by this incident. I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience and inability to enjoy/watch the show. I find it unbelievable that ticket holders for Christmas show at Radio City are expected to stand outside in line for 75 minutes prior to show time in order to be seated in time for show. I have spoken to customers who were in line for one hour prior to show time and missed first 15 minutes through no fault of their own. I confirmed today with both customer service and then guest relations that this is the case. I was assured there is adequate staff, but due to security measures it takes at least 75 minutes to process. There has to be a better way to treat paying guests.

I ordered five tickets to Rockettes on Jan eight for show on April 26. When I was viewing website today, I saw place where if we ordered tickets now we could receive one of three items (tour, ticketing fees, dining card). I received nothing. Also our tour guide told us if we ordered tickets now, we could get something called earybird special(cheaper rates) and I did not receive this either. Can you explain this to me. I ordered early and should at least received discount. Thank you for your attention to this.
