I am very frustrated with the service Reps in the Billing Department. I was not treated with dignity or respect. The billing rep proceeded to continually argue with me. I honestly can not remember who I talked to. I did have the Case ID in my text messages, but had to factory reset my phone. The superior rep promised me that the technician fee would be waived for the technician coming to my house and installing the NextBox 4K because I had gone to every store in the city of Brantford to get one, myself, but none of the stores had one. I spent two days or more trying to get one for myself at a store.
