I ordered the St. Pierre MMA fight broadcast this date. An information box told me that my order could not be processed. I called the number on the screen and after a lot of automated communication I was asked if I wanted a callback. I agreed and was informed it would be within five to fifteen minutes for a callback. That was an hour ago. No callback - no PPV. I trust I will not be billed for an event Shaw could not deliver.

Residence is cottage 27, 3065 Allenby Road, Duncan B. C. V9L-6W5. All the television cable is supplied by the landloard, (Riverside Auto Court, 1-3065 Allenby Road). I do not have a separate account with Shaw for cable, just internet, which is working fine. All morning all channels HD or not are distorted visually. The sound is fine, and I can change channels as normal, but the picture is horizontally compressed. Don Jamieson
