I made a return on 7/16/17 and have not received my refund on my card as of today.
I purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson at the Wheaton, Maryland Shoe City store. When we left the store, my grandson noticed that part of the shoe was pink (see photo). He was afraid of being teased by the boys in his class. We went back into the store to return the shoes and were told, since he wore them out of the store they could not be returned. The shoes cost $148. 42. I didn't mind paying this amound since he needed new school shoes. However, the fact that they could not be returned created a bigger problem. I recently bought a nice pair off boots from the Table View branch in Cape Town two months back. This morning when I wear my boots I noticed that the sole was tearing through from the bottom of the sole. Both feet now soaking wet. These shoes have only been worn about six times in a time of two months. Is this the type off Quality that Shoe City sell now? I have always liked the comfortable shoes, but this is totally ridiculous. Shoes should not tear on the sole within such a short time and it is evident that the rest of the sole is still quit new without any damage. Who can i contact regarding these boots to get a replacement pair as the branch does not stock it anymore and it was by the way the last pair on the time of purchase?.
