Ms. Jenn Dreyer On Phone To Ucare Service
I am a Nursing Supervisor calling from the Northfield hospital today to check on a patient's ride, the person helping me (Sarah) was so rude and unprofessional on the phone. She kept huffing and acting like I was dumb for clarifying anything. I called at 1410 on 5/27. The patient had been waiting for a ride and it had been continually sent to the wrong hospital. I called back again later and talked to Darlene, she was very polite and helpful and we were able to get the patient's ride figured out. Thankful that my second experience was better because Sarah was terrible to talk to.
