My Mother is being phoned, I for payment of a bill that we payed over a year ago This is, I believe, the third time we have had to look up this bill. To prove it is not outstanding. When they phone they are asking for a date of birth. Will not give out this information. I have asked for something to be send by mail. They refuse to do this, telling me something has already been sent. This is not true. Since so much time has past will the bill will take my TIME to find. Not impressed I spent most on today on HOLD with Virgin Mobile. I told them what I wanted which was Prepaid $100 dollars a year. They had to transfer me to someone who will set that up for me. That's where the waiting began at 10:30 in the morning. BY four pm, 3rd try (on hold for over 90 minutes the first time then 112 minutes and counting the second time. Then phoned on a different phone and had to say either cancel my contract or do not put me on hold again. Well the girl was helpful and did as I asked, and said I would be getting a text in about four hours and then I would be all set up. Well the text came and it is for PAY as YOU GO. Not what I asked for. Not impressed with Virgin Mobile. Not impressed with being on hold for so so long. This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE
And I am being charged 50$ for something I did not ask for, so now I have to phone again, and be put on hold. I wonder for how long this time?.
