I have been using asianet cable vision for the last 15 years, since last two years we were lodging complaint for not receiving signals properly, if you check previous complaint records you might find the proof, since last week they have installed new cable and the channel reception seems to be ok for normal channels, my HD channels for which i have paid one years advance, till now, i have never got all the channels, out 35 or 40 channels I am getting only nine channels only, i have lodged complaint very day, nothing has been done sor far, t/fore i request your good office to disconnect my connection and refund my subcription which i have paid. I need an action on priority basis, to be frank i have not seen an hopeless office like your cablenet vision office people, no resposiblity or courtesey to their clients,

My connection is CN78778 and phone NO is 9539552034. I am experiencing a problem with my connection. I am not getting a stable connection for the past two month. All these time, modem is unable to get a signal and most of the time it remains offline. Even though i had made a complaint on one week before, they told me it was solved, but I am still experiencing the same problem. There is no toll free number to call and register our complaints. More than ten times i called them and most of the time it will take 10-15mts to get connected. Still they do not do any compromise in the bill.

SirMY subscription number is GA91061996. I believe the subscription has elapsed in March 2015. My TV connection has got disconnected and there is a due of Rs700. 00 as of dateI cannot pay it online and there is no where I can pay the amount now as it Saturday evening and tomorrow is Sunday. I wish you could open the subscription for Saturday and Sunday and I shall pay the amount on Monday. If this cannot be done, I will be cancelling my subscription as there is no use of keeping a connection which is not customer friendly. In fact I had gone to your office @ two PM and they said the office is closed today and hence I cannot pay. If there are no facilities that are prevalent in the modern times, it becomes difficult for us to get going with Asianet.

My TV is showing ' you are not authorized to view this channel'. I rang up the displayed service number and was informed that my set top number was now different from the actual number on my set top. Earlier for over a week I have been complaining to Soumya Cables in Tripunithura. At last they very recently sent service personnel who told me that I will get the channels within two hours and left. But nothing happened. As I am very frequently out of station is my set top number being used by some one else?Can you urgently rectify the situation. This is not the first time this has occurred. I did not realize earlier, but nowI realize that this has occurred frequently before. Please urgently restore my TV Channels.

My broadband connection number CN48619. I have a unlimited broadband plan called SPEED 980 monthly since almost last four years. It has a WIFI connection too. Now the internet download speed is 0.eight Mbps and upload speed 0.45 Mbps. This is the best speed I am getting. Since speed is poor and signals so weak I am getting WI-FI in my mobiles only very rarely. I think I should be getting around four Mbps speed. Will I get better performance If I switch over to your 20Mbps/ 50 Mbps plans?Now I am a totally dissatisfied customer. When I contact other assistance customers also they say Asianet broadband is hopelessly low and that do not offer any solutions, Please call me 0n 9037002116.
