I had requested to deliver my ETM renewal card for your branch at Heliopolis to your branch at 10th of Ramadan city. Request was on 28.10.2013 and your call center agent confirmed that it takes five working days to be there. I called you call center today and I was shocked that your head quarter request it on 5th of November and I had to wait more week to get my ETM.
I am not satisfy, but the level of your services.
I really appreciate you action to have my ETM on 10th of Ramadan branch on Sunday 10th of November 2013.

I RECEIVED A DEBIT TITANIUM CARD MY NAME WAS WRITTEN WRONG SO I REQUESTED TO SEND ME ANOTHER ONE MODIFIED THIS WAS ON September 24TH 2013 THAN THEY ANSWER BACK AND NEED MY DETAILS WHICH SENT AND TILL TODAY AFTER MANY REMINDERS NO ONE GET BACK TO ME ...I am NOT SURE IF YOU ARE TEH SAME CONTACTS RECEIVING MY PREVIOUS EMAILS, but IN ALL CASES I am TRYING MIGHT SOMEONE ANSWER OUR COMPLAINTS!

Dear Sirs,
I got my renewed credit card since August and till now i didn't receive my pin code. I called your call center numerous times to complaint and the agent told me she made me a request that will take from three to five working days and that the problem is with the shipping company as they are responsible for the delay. Today after a week has passed when I called your center, the call agent was very rude she kept inturrapting me and then the solution she had was for me to come over to the bank or to delegate someone which is inappropriate for me and after all this is your problem with the shipping company i do not have to pay for it.
I have other accounts in Credit Agricole, HSBC, Audi and Al-Ahly, and am sorry to say that adding other problems i faced with you along the above mentioned, you are by far the worst banking service i had to deal with. I hope you change that idea.
