I had reported a freezer complaint issue in the nearest Kelvinator service center, Home Tech at Vytilla, Cochin, Kerala on 11 April 2016. After a continuous follow up, a guy from service center came and asked to replace the freezer and will come within two days. After two days when I enquired about this, I got reply that freezer is not available in their stock, so they needs to get it from the company After a few days till today(06/05/2016) whenever I enquired (called more than 15 times), they are giving me reply that, will call me back after checking the availabilty of the freezer and never called me back.

I have purchased Kelvinator Double Door Refrigerator on 28th May 2012 and since beginning I am lots of issue with the product and services. At the time of purchased product comes faulty and having cooling problems, after a lots of hassle I got it replaced from the dealer on very next day of purchased.

Just after couple of month passed new problem started, water falling down from the refrigerator, I made a complaint at Customer care, but it got closed without any resolution saying “Customer is not reachable” . I managed with the issue since its not giving much trouble that time.

Now problem started bigger and lots of water falling every day. I visited service center at Karnal (Model town) and put the complaint again. Person sitting at reception given commitment that engineer will visit my place on 2nd, but no one comes. On 8th November I visited again to service center to check the status of my complaint, but they causally said that due to Diwali festival engineer was busy or on leave.

Dear sir, I am an esteemed user of your product since 1986. We are using Kelvinator Fridge 165 lts since 1986. I purchased the same at Viskhapatrnam (Andhra pradesh) through M/s. Pioneer Enterprises. Due to high voltage the compressor got damaged and was replaced with a new one by the dealer in 1993 on chargeble basis only as it was not in guarantee period. Since then there was hardly any complaint and working smoothly as good as new one. Only problem now noticed is power consumption per day is about two units. Dear sir.
I bought the fridge 25days back... When i pluged it it was not working properly. The water was draining from side very often.
I thought if we increase the coolong it might go. As a result the freezer compartment was chocked. When too much ice was dere we defreased it. And now its not cooling. The company man came and said we have tried to lift ice with knife and as a result freezer compatment got laeked. What a foolish claim.. Why will i use knife.
Plz get my fridge repaired or else i will file a suit on consumer for
