My car TN20AM0721 AltoLXI. Purchased at Popular showroom, Chennai. The same serviced by Popular, Kapico, CarsIndia and finally ABT. Replacement of parts compulsory, and every forthnight the car goes back with some other problems. Several thousands spent so far. Car travels hardly 50 kms per week. Pl see my car history. Such shoddy serviceing from all service centres. Does Maruthi Udyog encourage such practices by Auth Centres. Real Shame for the company. Will Suzuki dare to sell such products or servicing in Japan or USA. I have filed complaint last week also, but no reply from Maruthi.

Sir,my car at five October ,2014 was parked in my house around 7. 30p. Am. And suddenly it got fired from front side in the engine area. We filed complaint in police station and informed to the fire brigade. All the neighbours together helped us to get out of it in one hour. The loss is very much. The car is completely damaged from front side i. E. Engine,bonut,bumper,mirror,lights etc. We trust in your cars. I have used alto,zen. This car is swift vid 2011 model. My car number is hr 22g 8906. Sir,
I have purchased a Maruthi Suzuki Swift Dzire ZDI model.
After two days of purchase, the ABS signal started to see. Immediately we stopped the car and informed Popular Automobiles, Vytila, Ernakulam that the signal is coming. They send Sai Services and they told that there is no problem and we can drive even if the signal is on. This is absurdness. When the signal is on, we are not supposed to drive the car.I had send a complaint to Maruthi Udyog. There is no reply. Again during my first free service, I had complained to Popular automobiles. They told me that they have checked and everything is fine. I have spend more than one lakh rupees to get the ZDI full option car. I do not know what to do. Before the signal comes, the brake is automatically applied on the wheels and there is a jerk. I strongly feel that there is some serious complaint in the brake system or ABS is not working.

Kindly resolve the matter and advice me.

Subject: Complaint about damage to car during car service and unsatisfactory response from Kataria Automobiles Pvt.
Ltd. (Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealer) service station, Surat.
The whole matter is that I had given them my car for service to make it better, not to damage it and to get repaired on my
car's insurance. I have wasted my 30-35 busy business working hours for this matter and I do not have car in properly working
condition and also I am not properly responded yet. I am also facing many problems because i have no car as they have not
arranged any temporary car for me from last 30 Days. They are behaving like that they do not want to solve my problem and they
do not care for customers of Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
Even their service station is not according to standard norms like, they do not have CCTV cameras as Government standard
rules or service station's private space for parking customer's Servicing cars.

I have a Maruti Ritz car model vxi petrol purchased on August 2010. In 2011 observed problem of engine vibration. First in 2011, it is shown to "Trishul" service center at MIDC Bhosari, Pune. They had changed the spark plug and setting of the ignition, but problem was not solved.
After that in February - 2012 problem was shown to the Sai Service at Deccan Gymkhana Pune service center. Gasket of the throttle valve was changed, but still problem is not solved. Please suggest the service center name who can solve the problem.

I Am rohit agrawal from bhubaneswar (Odisha). I have purchased one SWIFT ZDI in the month of February 2013 from sky automobiles, Bhubaneswar. At the time of purchase sales person of the company assured me that vehicle will give 20 - 22 km per ltr mileage , but ever after running of apprx 8000 km and completion of 2nd service too my Swift zdi is giving me 15 km per ltr that to diesel version.I complaint regarding this problem to sky automobiles bhubaneswar, but they are not responding to me. I had given a complaint to regional office of bhubaneswar also they promised me to look into the matter, but again no response.Then I had given a complaint to customer care number of Maruti Udyog ltd, but sorry to say still no response from any side. I am really socked, I am using Maruti cars from last 25 years, but now i am feeling that i did a mistake. Anyways i once again request you to kindly solve the problem of my car mileage immediately otherwise i have no option, i will file a consumer case.

I have purchased swift Dzire on 9.5.13 from ambal auto in coimbatore,Tamil Nadu.Though i am satisfied with the car's performance am very much dissapointed with the car's dicky door which is left uncovered even after the provision for closing all the holes and hallows in the dicky door is given and when i approach the particular showroom where i purchased the car...i was informed that no upholtsary would be provided for the dicky door of swift Dzire which may kindly be provided to us.
