Hello, we bought some Ariat mens boots (100162700) in Novemeber for a christmas present and upon wearing them approz four times the leather is all bubbled and raised? Possibly looks like damagae from road and walkway salt? None of our other Ariat boots have done this and we have worn them for years in all seasons. The problem is we have lost our receipt and live a far distance from where we purchased them. If there is any way you could help please do as we are devastated to pay so much for good boots that are basically ruined. Thanks. Raine .

Bought a pair of women's Ariat camoflauge top boots two weeks ago and soles already came apart and they were a hundred dollars .

I bought a pair of work boots about a month and a half a go. The backs are breaking down already. I have owned many of your boots with never a complaint. As a matter of fact I have recommend them to everybody I know. I just wanted to bring this to your attention and ask that you might consider replacing or fixing them for me. Thank you for your time.

I have had two pairs of Ariat Square Toe Boots that have had the rubber heels come off in the past 12 months, the first pair in May and the second pair yesterday. I would appreciate if someone could contact me or if there is a number I could contact as I am in Australia to discuss this issue further. Regards, Bo Scoble.

I bought a pair of your boots and the zipper broke on the boot. They are not even a year old. I buy your boots all the time. I am a barn manager at a resort. I do wear them everyday,, but am disappointed in tese boots. Is there a way to replace these boots.

I bought a pair of the Ariat M4 deadrun jeans wore them for one day when I went to take them off that night the button pulled out of the material like the back on the button was not big enough. I took them back to the store and they said they would have to order me a new pair because they were out of my size 36x36. You would think a pair of 80 dollar jeans would last longer than one day.

I purchased some Ariat tall boots and the heel fell off. My local tack store got in touch and sent the boots back to you to be fixed or exchanged. I received them about a month ago "repaired" and am at a CDI and the heel fell off, AGAIN after being repaired by you. I bought these boots since my first Ariat boots lasted over four years with daily use and loved them. But now i need to go down centerline with duct tape since the repair was also faulty. I do not have another pair off tall boots. Tried calling, but your offices are closed. I am in a pinch here and hope that Ariat will be able to respond. Thank you.

i purchased a pair of ariat boots for my grandaughter for christmas last year they have literally fell apart what is the warranty on this boot? my name is debbie gouker and they were purchased in November of 2012. Can you help us???? she is in need of another pair of boots and I am a little leary of another pair of ariat boots. we have purchased in the past and they worn very well i am thinking this pair may have been defective please let me know
