Not a happy customer, rang last week to see about getting a new box as the one we have is 15years and it was playing up. When I rang up the man was very nice and said we could get a new one, I asked him would it cost anymore he said no, but if I did not want the record to ring up when it is installed to cancell the record. I just rang up to cancell the record and was told it was going to cost $75 for the new box. As we are pensioners it hard to find the extra money. I would not have bothered if I knew that. We have been very good customers for many years and I think we should have been told of the cost.

We are Austar customers and are frustrated because we can no longer press red to gain updated information about our local weather on the Weather Channel 603. We have tried turning the box off and on and removing and replacing the card. Barb Cooper.

I have been having difficulties with my service for four months, re-booted everything , replaced set-box had technician on site, indicated roof top arial the problem, still is not working but still is debating my account, rang today to disconnect, but unable as that section is not working. Extremely unhappy by fault resolution and lack of contact.
