I purchased a Breitling watch for my husband and I asked the retailer if the watch needed to be handled in any particular way. I was told that the watch could be used in any circumstance. It wouldn't keep time everytime my husband would reset the watch. Sent to Breitling the first time under warranty. It started doing the same thing and was again sent to Breitling through the retailer. The cost this time was $600. 00. Now it is back at Breitling for the 3rd service in less than five years and the repairs are $1200 + new crystal which they say it needs, costs another $600 more. We are now told that the watch should not be worn while golfing. My husband is retired and wears a watch probably like 90% of the population. Trust me, if I had known that this watch would not work properly and cost so much to repair, I would not have purchased the thing to begin with. I am not putting $1600 into a watch that can not be worn as a watch. So now I have a worthless $5000 paperweight. What a deal.

I purchased recently a 2016 model Exospace B55. Neither push-piece tone nor any audio and buzzer notification are audible. I have tried twice to troubleshoot this problem by deep resetting to no avail. All settings are correct. Could you please assist.

I find it strange that the Swiss headquarters does not have an email address for clientes?
