I received a set of your Calphalon pans for Christmas. I only use plastic or wooden spoons and spatulas. The skillets and sauce pans are fine, but the stock pot has scratches in multiple places on the bottom and sides where the coating has come off. I am very disappointed that in less than a year this has happened to what I thought were good pots and pans. 251-623-0361.
Several months ago I purchased two Calphalon ceramic skillets. In the beginning they were great, but now everything stick to the bottom. I am really disappointed. When using them, metal was never used and they were always hand washed. Barbara Biser

I am addressing my issue with complete dissatisfaction and all I'm asking is for it to replaced with a cookware set I know I can depend on for a long time. That your company make exemptions with extreme situations like mine. My husband doesn't know much about cookware set, but he went above and beyond to buy the brand he knows I'm happy with. He can not believe I'm dismayed and miserable.
It is not non-stick and the inside bottom of the pan is stained/discolored with the item I cooked. two nights ago I cooked rice, and there you go it did the same thing. I'm like. This can not be happening to me. I can not be miserable cooking every single day with this. This has to be exchanged to another cookware set that is going to be useful to me otherwise I will never patronize Calphalon brand again.

I called today both the store where my husband purchased the Calphalon Cookware Set was purchased (Sears in Pembroke Pines, FL) and customer service and my concern was both declined. It was frustrating, aggravating, and upsetting at the same time. My husband purchased the cookware set as a Christmas present for me. The box was thrown away because on Christmas day the cookware set was all set up nicely on top of our cooktop. I was happy at the beginning because I finally can use another set of brand new cookware with the same cookware brand we had for the last five years. I threw away the frying pans I have because it's no longer non-stick. Couple of weeks ago around 2nd week of February I decided to use my husband gave me, but I just ended up being so disappointed with it.
