Hi bought your excellent variable temperature glass kettle from sainsburys UK in October 2021 a few days after purchase it developed a fault so took it back to sainsburys UK. Unfortunately they did not have another in stock the price I paid was 50% of the normal price as it was on offer. I really like the kettle and would like a replacement these are in stock at Argos which is owned by sainsburys and in the same building. But they are at the full price please can you help it is a great product.

My son bought a coffee machine three weeks ago and it is not working properly keeps blocking. I threw out the box and left the receipt in a bag in work which I managed to get a colleague to send a picture of the receipt, but then threw the hard copy out. I bought it from Argos and they would not accept the photographed copy of the receipt and said there was not anything they could do. It’s not a complaint as much as a question. I checked your instructions booklet before putting the mixer bowl into the microwave for one minute to melt some chocolate for a cake. Nowhere in said booklet was it mentioned that this was not advisable. Unfortunately the bowl melted. Why was there not a warning that this function is not possible.

I purchased through ideal World a halogen over, after two moths the fan started screaming and smells funny, I contacted IW and had to return it for them to "look at it", not very impressed with IW or the halogen. It was collected 27th December and not heard anything yet, I do not want it back in case it develops the same fault, I guess you can not do anything I just wanted you to know the lack of professional conduct from IW and your rubbish Halogen Oven .

I bought a Cookworks CGT50W twin gas cooker delivered October 8th 2015. I am very disappointed as the enamel is flaking off and the front of the cooker has rusted. As there is no water invloved I am surprised that it has rusted and feel I should let you know. I woukld expect a cooker to last longer than 18 months. I brought a Cookworks kettle from argos around six months ago i no longer have reciept and they told me it is Cookworks i contact. But it is a silver one that has a blue light. It isnt connecting with the base properly and keeps flickering on and off. Sometimes doesnt work at all i do not expect this from a kettle that's six months old i have a new baby so need a working kettle that is why we got a new one.

Hi. I'm asking about your food blender with the GLASS jug. I bought one of yours with the plastic jug yesterday, and after much grappling to try to get it to work, I examined the base and spotted that it only works with the jug-handle pointing to the right. Rather than have to stick a note to myself to remind me to put it on this way round, and cope with the inconvenience of it, I have decided to return it to the retailer. I never had this problem with my old blender. Has your glass-jugged version got the same 'design fault' (that's what I call it) as the plastic one? There's no way of telling, until I've got it home and unpacked it. The instructions do not SAY, 'Put the jug on with the handle to the right if you want to get any life out of this thing, ' which would save us hours of frustration It's not obvious; as long as it clicks in and appears to be locked into position, that should be enough.

Hi, I bought two Cookworks jug kettles from Argos 11/7/2017
On 5th of July 2018 while still under guarantee. The kettle made a strange noise while boiling. Then I noticed that water was spilling out on to the electricl base from the black band around the end of the kettle. I purchased a Cookworks two bowl steamer on the 27th February 2017. It stopped working two days ago which is three days past the guarantee. I feel that it should last longer than 12 months and I am very disappointed by the decision from the place I purchased it from not to replace it. They advised me to contact you. I hope you can be sympathetic and understanding as I am a pensioner with very little income and I depend on my steamer in my every day life. I bought a cookwork steamer because in the past I have bought many cookwork appliances which I have been very happy with which have lasted many years and feel disappointed with my steamer only lasting one year.

Hand Blender set bought from Argos. Never had a problem with before, blew up in my hand whilst using today. When tried to seek assistance from Argos, they were more interested in the proof of purchase. Didn't even ask if I was injured etc. Really unimpressed. I brought a Cookworks kettle from my local argos store. After using it for about a week or two the lid has started popping up in mid boil and has cause some damage to my kitchen units as well as a kettle, so this now means the kettle doesn't switch off until it boiled dry.

I am writing to enquire about the possibility of purchasing spare immersion heaters for streamer produced by Cookworks company. I have got two steamers model XJ-10102 BO but, unfortunately, I am ableto use them because the immersion heaters are damaged. I have been looking for them in various service points in order to find a replacemend, but there no 800 Watts heaters availiable in Poland. The other ones that can be purchased are of different wattage and are not likely to fit. I would like to ask you if you able to help me, and sell those immersion heaters, or inform me how, and wher I can purchase them. If it is possible, could you send me the details such at the price?
