I have an order that is not received. I received an email asking how I liked the order, so I tried to access my account and could not get through so I tried to reset the password )that i knew was correct) and got a message that the email was not found. Several attempts to contact vie email have been made, but unable to get through. Would like to know where my order is and if you can find my email that you have been sending me things to and now is suddenly missing. Please let me know something. Thanks Janet.

AD IN TV said two year warranty, but terms of service when buying from craftcreate.com said no warranty. FRAUD. Also no contact number for customer service.

Customer Service is terrible, they lie to you, are not capable of solving problems. Asked for a supervisor, none are ever available. They claim they have no way to contact Corporate Headquarters with an address or phone number. Promises of call backs are never kept. They are very rude and hang up on you when you push to talk to a supervisor. Very disappointed, highly likely that I will never order from them again or watch their programs.
I ordered on August 28, 2015 18 items. On August 30, printed confirmation of 18 items. Didn't received my order, called customer service September 8. Was told that five items had been canceled, 13 items will ship by September 12. Called back September 12 to see if the order shipped, was told yes and would receive my order by September 22, was given a new payment schedule. When the order didn't arrive called customer service again on September 22. Julian said that there were technical problems and did an escalation, stated a supervisor would call me. Never heard back. I made 18 calls to Create and Craft, talked to nine people. The customer service people have been rude and hung up on me. They talk over me. They have been dishonest. Three escalations have been started, by Dee and Julian. I would like a call back from someone in Corporate who can solve this problem. I am very disappointed by your companies attitude and behavior. I emailed Create and Craft on Friday and have had no reply, I have had to call the call centre which is based in the Philippines and costs 13 pence per minute to arrange for my broken machine which I have only used twice to be collected. Now I have to wait for a refund . you may promote your goods by getting people to join the membership and receive a discount, but the after sales care is very disappointing putting it mildly. Needless to say I won t be ordering anything again.

I am being told that my membership has been renewed. I have not asked for this to be done and do not exact to have money taken out of my account without my permission. Please look into this matter. As the card number You are quoting, do not tie up with the cards,i would have used. As my daughter gave me the membership as a present last Christmas and used her details to start with. This has been a problem all along. We did change the details to my name a few weeks ago. My daughters name is Claire Miller.
