Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering-DJSCOE was set up in 1994. It was named after Shri Dwarkadas Jivanlal Sanghvi the leader of the pen industry of the country.
Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering-DJSCOE was set up after the efforts of its parent body Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal which, with earlier approval from the University of Mumbai, the Government of Maharashtra, the Directorate of Technical Education and the All India Council for Technical Education, decided to set up a benchmark-setting engineering college. The college hopes to be a top-notch institution for education, training, research & development in engineering by offering modern infrastructural facilities, competent faculty and active forum for interaction.
