I do not have a complaint. I have a question that is not answered on your FAQ. One, I wondered if you might accept an e-signature on a W-9 form that I found online. I had to put it together in three pieces. But it is the real form and even looks better than the one you use :)Two, I was trying to find out the credibility on the payors. I understand your payment process and you hold money in escrow for the professional writer. But I could not find my payor anywhere in people find or other.
