Trying to reach for someone at Homelite weedeater for some help.
I purchased a Homelite 16 inch, 12 Amp electric chainsaw from Home Depot today, July 16, 2017. It says on the box that it is supposed to come with a carrying case, but there is no carrying case in the box. I called Home Depot and spoke with an associate in the Lawn and Garden department and she diligently looked in two other boxes of your chain saws like mine and there was no carrying case in either of them. What is going on? It says right on the box that a carrying case is supposed to come with it. Where is it? And why do you put on the box that it contains a carrying case when in fact it doesn't? Please address this issue. I want that carrying case.

I purchased a 13 inch electric trimmer, since i am 78 years of age and unable to handle A GAS TRIMMER. The first one lasted me for over eight yrs. I have an acre of yard to trim. It burned out. I purchased another last yr. To my surprise the prongs got stuck on my electric extension cord when i finally got them out, one broke off and got lodged in the cord the only differance was the position of the prongs the first one i purchased was straight up the second one across is there anyway i can get it replaced i purchased it from home depot in Wilkes-Barre i did not keep the receipt since i had SUCH GOOD SERVICE FROM THE FIRST.
I sent a complaint in one month ago regarding a power washer that I had to replace pump on one month out of warranty and never received a response. Very disappointed in Homelite. 913-484-9893

I have contacted your customer service department and found no satisfaction. I purchased a 2700psi Homelite pressure washer from Home Depot in May of 2014. I went to use it this year and there was no water pressure even when engine was off. This model is UT80993F, it was manufactured in February of 2014. I have replaced the thermal relief valve already and have removed and reinstalled the pressure valve and nothing has helped. I am now ordering an entirely new pump, part 308653052. I understand the warranty covers a two year period however I would expect a much longer useful life. I am now out an additional $90 and very frustrated. I am requesting for some reimbursement and hoping the new pump solves the issue as it is only piece left that would have anything to do with no water flow. Thank you,

1. I am sorry to inform you that Home Lite Match Box is having a good reputation in the market, but nowdays the product quantity is very poor. I am also using the Homelite Match Box. 2. As per your remarks on match box, the quantity of sticks is 50, but on actual counting the sticks is 30-31. Box is also shows that quantity is less. 3. I would like to request you to look in your product and quality and quanity is must to take stand in the market. I have kept on box. This shows no one of your company checking the quantity.
