A gentleman came along with carts and placed my cart with the other. Carts that he had in his hand. I told him that I rented a cart and was waiting for my baggage. He told me that there's a lot cart scam and that I didn't sound like I was from New York. I asked another employee this man's name and was told his name was Chris. He heard when I asked the gentleman his name and he screamed at me and said that his name is none of my business. I told this guy to get out of my face. I felt scared I went to a trooper. I felt afraid and felt threaten for my life. He seemed as though he was trying to intimidate me. Though there was a trooper patrolling the area I still felt as if I could have been assaulted by this man
Moreover, in a place like JFK I should not have felt so unsafe. I need someone to look into this matter. Sincerely,

On October 12 Super Shuttle charged me twice for shuttle service from JFK to Islip NY. I had purchased a round trip from Super Shuttle. I needed to come back from Rome, Italy early. I changed the date of return with Super Shuttle and have e-mail confirmation to this. They charged my credit card in addition to my having already paid for a round trip ticket. I contacted Super Shuttle three weeks ago about this situation and have yet to receive a reply except that they received my notice. If there is anything you could do it would be appreciated or maybe you could steer me in the right direction with the proper authorities so I could receive my refund for one of those two return trips.
