I have been a loyal customer of home delivery for well over 20 years and have never had as much trouble with my home delivery service until now. I have had numerous non delivered papers, missing sections, damaged papers and papers just dropped at the end of driveway at the street. I have called in numerous complaints only to be told the problem will be fixed, but here I am again with a non delivered paper. I am upset and frustrated because I have not missed any payments which is set to auto pay, but I am really considering changing this because of the level of service I am receiving.

I just wanted to let you know that for some reason I haven’t received my paper for the last two sundays now. Also when my paper is delivered it’s being placed in a spot by all the mail boxes where it gets blown off or falls down to where it’s on the ground and makes it difficult to see if it’s even there or depending on the weather it gets wet and ruined so I’d they could please just place it in my mail box instead please. My mom was approached by one of your people stationed at a local grocery store. He asked if she would like a paper, and then asked for her card . I then stepped in and said " No, she does not need this paper as it is not delivered in her area" He assured us that her card would not be charged, he just needed it on the form, but had marked the not recurring )or something on that line) unfortunately she did not keep this. Today looking at her bank statement I see a charge from Kalamazoo Gazette for $17. 50, I have no idea how many times you have charged her this because I do not remember the month she did this, on top of all of this she has not ONCE gotten the paper at her home. And now are unable to locate any account under her name.

One again I have two sample Gazette newspapers thrown in the back drive of my house, and another put in the paperbox, in the front of my home. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. I purchase the Kalamazoo Gazette at the Hardings store EVERYDAY. I will Never get a subscription. So there is no need to keep throwing these papers in my drive and putting one in the paperbox. The person who is doing this has a silver van, with LOUD muffler. Please take care of this matter. Every Saturday around 2:30 this is happening. Again, I am already purchasing your paper at the store, everyday.

My 90 year old Mother had to cancel her 3-day a week subscription of the Kalamazoo Gazette as the price of $148. 00/yr was too much for my Mom's limited income. My Mom called and spoke to Dillon and he was only willing to drop the price to $128. 00/yr. - Why is it that when one of our friends moved back to MI, they received an offer in mail for $99/yr for 3-day a week delivery? When I look on-line, it only gives me an option for a 2-day delivery. I then called Customer Service and I also spoke to Dillon and he kept apologizing and saying he could do nothing more. I said I want to get on-line and order a new subscription for my Mom, but he said she'd had to wait the 30 days - Wow is your Goal to lose Customers?.

I was given a 24 weeks Sunday only subscription to the Kalamazoo Gazette as a Christmas gift starting 2/31/17. I have only had three Sunday deliveries. I did not notify earlier because I thought the paper might be buried in the snow. I was not happy with the three deliveries I did receive as they were just thrown any where. For the past year I have my paper not delivered 6-8 times, and every time I call about it I keep getting the same excuse, you are out of the re-delivery area and I will get my missed paper the next delivery day. But this never happens. I am the first house in a large sub-division off a main road, so this is no excuse. I have been with the Gazette since the 70's and have never had this problem before. Back in the 60's I had the paper route 312 in south portage for three years, and if I missed someone, I had to take it to the customer that day, not promise it two or three days later, and never deliver it. I would like to know how I can get this issue resolved. Thank you.

I would like to express my frustration over your subscription prices. I am currently paying $10. 40 per week; your price for new subscriber rate is $8. 00. Today I called to question this and was told there is nothing you can do about the price I am paying; I am not eligible for the "new subscriber rate I was told I have a really good rate, and that the "normal" rate is $5 per week. We have subscribed to the gazette for 34 years. We have stuck with you all of these years even though the quality of the paper has declined. We do not want to lose the gazette, but this is not right. As a long time loyal subscriber, I should be allowed to have the same rate as someone just starting. I am not happy with you.
