This concerns the Niceville, Florida office. I applied back in Sept, 2017 for a personal oxygen concentrator and was told 2-3 mos. Wait. When I called to check on this Jan. 3rd 2018 I was told my recquest had been lost, no action taken. Thjey said they would make a new request and ask for fast action. When I called in Jan. 18-2018 no action. Called again Jan 24-2018 talked to Trudy, office manager? and was told they did`nt have the paperwork from my doctor. I know it was sent after talking to my doctors office. I`m sick of all this run around. This is the second e-mail I`ve sent you and have not had any response. Talk about POOR customer service. PLEASE respond.

Lincare is extremely difficult to deal with for CPAP users - from lacking a clear internet listing of the contact information to a terrible phone tree/answering system, to Cusomer Service personnel who tell you you reached the wrong Customer Service number and will not transfer you to the correct one - after already having been on hold for ten minutes. I would not be surprised to see them go out of business.

Received bill from Lincare for $2053. 70 dollars for equipment I have been trying to return for over a year after a visit to my pulmonologist and telling him I had no success and we called to return equipment we got a bill for $2053. 73 when we toled doctor he told us equipment would not cost more then 4-6 hundred dollars tops. After calling the company they said they can charge that because that is what insurance companies will pay it does't matter what actual cost is or what doctors tell us. I pay $250. 00 a week for insurance with a $5000. 00 deductible and because they billed it incorrectly we are liable for the $2053. 73 makes me understand why insurance rates are so high when you have companies like this abusing the system.

We were doing business in Mt. Airey NC, the service there was sorry, could not get the supplies we needed on time. We then moved to Bladenboro NC because of my wife's health and it took over five weeks to get the oxygen she needed. Now that my wife has passed away we can not get anyone to come and get the oxygen bottles. The office in Fayetteville, NC has been notified by myself and my daughter-n-law that my wife passed away and that they needed to come and get their equipment, we were told that the driver would call before they came today(08-02-18) His appointment was at 10:00am and we still have not heard from the driver and we called the office three times starting at 1:00 pm and Maria said she would have the driver to call me. We are very disappointed in the service of your company and we will not give your company a good name if anyone needs oxygen or anything else that your company carries. No one in our family will ever do business with Lincare again.

Lincare. 1) Why NO easily available email address? 2) Why does Lincare numberT carry Inogen Oxygen concentrators? Their commercials are on TV all of the time. MY sister has to use these things. She has to use Lincare as a provider. Why no Inogen products available?.

No response from staff at your richmond, va office. My cpap machine broke friday night, so i have been without it for three nights now. I have been calling the richmond office since 8:15 this morning. The couple of times i have gotten someone on the phone, he/she was not the person able to help me. I was told to call back at 2:30 to speak with trey moore as he was out to lunch at the time. I have called twice and the office is not answering. It's going to a call center.

I really do one need my cpap. I do not want/need to go another (fourth) night withhout it. I can be reached at 804-564-5899.
