I am disappointed to find out that Markham does not take customer need seriously, Markham west Durban has a certain brand that goes in pairs of two it is sold as one identical items, same colour same style same fabric material

Staff member said they are tired of singing the same song with Markham management with regards to the matter this proves that customer and consumer orientation is not known at Markham or ignored since am told that there are so many people questioning about this and it has been escalated to management
This means that you sell what you think is needed and not what customer wants and or need. For customer orientation and satisfaction which clearly shows you do not care about, no reason to buy two identical t-shirts of the same colour, different colours at least why are doing it your way and not customer way, and why have you ignored their requests.

I passed your branch in Grahamstown yesterday and discover the jacket my son wanted. Looking inside the store for the jacket there was absolutely nothing on the salesfloor. No one tried to offer any service. As the window is open at the back I touched the jacket on the side of the doll to find the ticket in order to see the size. Next moment someone started shouting at me. I explained I actually need the jacket and would like to purchase the garment. Without any excuse I was told I cant have it and they can not remove it from the doll. Really is this how you do business? Good day. I hope I will helped. I bought a cellular phone in Markham shop Rustenburg in May 2015. After four months I mistakenly broke the screen. I contacted the shop regarding of my phone repair. Good afternoon, I always thought Markhams have the best service, but today I was so disappointed that one of the staff member from Pretoria North at the Mall could not identify the colour of item I wanted to purchase. He contacted Wonderpark Mall and send me to purchase it only to find that the color is different. I went back to Pretoria to purchase the right colour, but small size because I wanted it. When I got there he just argued with me shifting blame to Wonderpark staff member. I expected apology however I had to beg him after ten minutes argument with him. To whom it may concern. I recently experienced bad service at one of your branches in Langeberg Mall Mosselbay. I purchased a Blackberry Z3 cash. I went home with the phone just to fine out the phone is faulty. I brought the phone back type following day and explain to the Manager and she told me she cant do anything accept to send it to Vodafone. During the whole process neither parties were helpful. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this branch and the total unprofessional attitude. I ask for it to be replaced or to give my money back and the Manager declined both request. I purchased the David off Champion fragrance from Markhams Gateway a few weeks ago for R975. I am extremely disappointed as the fragrance does not last for more than an hour. Upon my research I discovered that this fragrance was discontinued.
