She cannot use the services that my wife has been contracted for, since she can never get an appointment when she is available, we went in yesterday to the Muldoon branch and the girl said they only have three workers and a person has to book 3-4 weeks ahead. This has been the constant answer for over a year when we call. So basically you are taking my 65$ a month for nothing or basically a SCAM. I would like a refund for the 24 massages I have on record (saved up and unused).

I am writing my complaint due to the Absurd cancellation fee that I have to pay when I have a medical problems. For instance my menstrual cycle just came on a few hours before my schedule appointment which is at 4:30 p. M. Eastern Standard Time and I want it to be sanitary and not do my massage do to my cycle now being on, but since it's a $34 charge then I have no choice, but to get a massage. I cannot afford to be charged that amount of money. Massage Envy has a way of getting extra money out of their clients for No reason. I am pretty much done with my membership and I will look forward to being a member at a nother massage facilities that cares more about my health, Sanitation, and that will include me into my health care plans.

I went to get a massage at your location on SW 152 Street in Miami Florida on May 23, 2018. The person who gave me the massage acted as though she could speak English however it became evident that was not the cast when I keep asking her to not be so hard three times and then finally had to sit up and I guess she got the point then.
