I need help with my account. I have tried to register a couple of times, or more. The last time I got a message that I was register and that I was signed in. I have tried signing back in with no success. I used the information I carefully entered, and wrote down, when I succeeded in registering. I purchased Memeo Premium Backup SKU91470005365 (Windows) on 1/21/2013. My computer got a virus and I had it wiped clean to start over again. I cannot locate the correct download. I did download the trial version, but it wants a username and password (I do not have either, but assume my username would be my email address). When I click on forgot password it never does anything. HELP. I really love this program and want to continue using it. Could you please resend me a link to download it. My serial number is MEMUPG8000-eg00-2bb2-94jl-0jq5-2b3c. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have a Memeo backup account with user name Dedge42 and an email address dedge42@rogers.com. I no longer use that email address and would like to change it to dmedge603@gmail.com and update my account information. I can see no way to do this. I do not know what the original password was for the old email address either.

We have downloaded the program and installed and installed it, but are getting a message to connect storage device. The storage is connected and we can see this on the network map and access on the computer, but the Memeo program does not seem to see this. What can we do?.

Cannot access support without password that I forgot. Site says it will email a reset number, but after three times, it does not. I get error msg. That Memeo Auto Sync is not compatible with my OS. Running Win 10.

Called the number and got a recording specifying email addresses as the only way to connect. Terrible. Called Seagate and they said that I do not need Memeo - to uninstall it, which I'll do as soon as I get home.
