During my visit last year, have purchase an item "Files Laptop Cover01 for S$11. five on 15th Oct'15 and receipt number CA-02485. After reaching India used the bag and in just used 2-3 weeks surprisingly noticed one of the handle gave away and it started coming off from stitched position. Then immediately sent bill copy and photo of bag to my friend at S'pore and asked to represent it. But the response was not satisfactory. Please kindly consider my concern and let me know your feedback on how proceed further. Here with attached bill copy and bag photo for your reference File name will display date when photos was taken which will indicate damage date. Hope my concern will be taken in right spirit and viewed rightly to resolve to my satisfaction. Awaits your favourable reply. Thanks and regards,

Dear Sir/ madam, I buy a remote helicopter on 22-08-2015 on the Mustafa old building B2. After bill checker check the helicopter and we find not flying properly and ask why it was not flying properly. He answered need to charge fully then only it will work. I trust Mustafa is seven days replacement warranty so leave the place. As per his instruction I go home and charge in night and morning I try, but it was not working. So come back to exchange the product. Finally they said cannot change later a long conversation he called the boss and I spoke with him he said he will call me back on Monday. Looks like there is no dedicated person to attend service calls. Most of the time, call is not attended. Luckily, sometimes answered and transferred to respective department, for example electronics,, but there is no one to attend call even if you wait for ten minutes on line.

So I approached counter staff, he was very rude answered. Why like that? I'm a customer. Nowadays Mustafa centre customer service is very worst. All staff talking mobile or talking another staff. They never take care of customer. Why? I need reply.
My husband and i are always buying in Mustafa. But today peb. four 2015. I encountered a rude cashier. She's not smiling at all. She let me wait, as she said shes opening her cashiering, but did not even apologies for the delay. She open her water slowly. Shes acting slowly like nobody is waiting for her. Her name is gracie. I am so disappointed. She do not even close the plastic properly. So my plastic bag and item inside fell down. When i said. To her nextime, do not let her customer wait then shes talking and the tone of her voice was very loud. She's angry and rude.
