I am having trouble making calls out of my home, I am on a three month free trial and it tells me I have to buy minutes. I think that your customer service needs a little to be desired. Triel all day to contact someone and got no where. I am returning the unit and want my money back. I will most sertenily not recommending this product. I need a return address label.

NetTalk notified me via MY e-mail of subscription renewal, but they had listed an incorrect charge card type. We are now without a phone because I cannot connect to nettalk. My e-mail is not considered valid, even though they contacted me using it. When I try to login as new I told the e-mail is already used. No one answers a phone referring to me to their website. Their customer service website won't recognize my info so the circle starts all over again.
